At BDO, we recruit over 200 candidates per year, ranging from recent graduates to experienced professionals. You’ll be part of a motivated, entrepreneurial team of seven recruiters, and you will work in tandem with a senior recruiter, receiving strong support and mentorship. This is the ideal starter role for someone eager to grow and learn in the recruitment field.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with a senior recruiter, supporting with sourcing, administrative tasks, and other essential activities.
  • Collaborate on the recruitment strategy by helping to develop a detailed annual recruitment plan that aligns with BDO’s needs and budget.
  • Recruit candidates by conducting selection interviews, providing feedback, and managing the candidate journey.
  • Track recruitment progress by weekly monitoring of recruitment processes and new vacancies.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives, helping to develop and implement strategies to attract top talent.
  • This is a starter role with plenty of growth opportunities – you will receive continuous support to become a top recruiter.
  • Focus on sourcing, administrative tasks, and supporting recruitment processes (you won’t be handling end-to-end recruitment just yet).
  • There will be opportunities to make decisions, share ideas, and contribute to recruitment strategies.
