As part of our continued growth & expansion, we are seeking a Junior Internal Recruiter to join our dynamic and growing team and manage our full-cycle recruiting processes. Internal Recruiter responsibilities include identifying current and future hiring needs, advertising job openings online, stakeholder management and employer branding.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous recruitment experience, either within a recruitment agency or in-house will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and adaptability.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a high volume of IT positions, including both permanent and contract roles.
  • Identify, attract, and facilitate the onboarding of top talent to effectively meet dynamic business needs.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including our Applicant Tracking System, online sourcing, and referrals. Pre-screen candidates, schedule and conduct interviews, and select high-calibre candidates.
  • Provide guidance and support to Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Effectively manage hiring timelines and volumes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers, and internal & external stakeholders to understand current and future hiring needs across all business units.
  • Ensure a superior candidate experience in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for both current and future hiring needs.
  • Focus on continuous improvement and make suggestions to improve the talent acquisition process, policies and strategy.
  • Provide timely reports on key recruitment metrics.
