JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Junior Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in building the organization’s talent pipeline by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier professionals across various departments and jurisdictions.
You will collaborate with hiring managers as well as our various HR teams to ensure the recruitment process aligns with the company’s strategic goals. With your extensive recruiting experience, you’ll lead the full cycle of recruitment activities, optimize processes, and ensure the hiring of diverse and high-calibre candidates. This position requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the financial services industry, and familiarity with European talent markets.
Experience with the Workday HR platform is preferred, as this role requires proficiency in using Workday for recruitment processes, candidate tracking, and reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the financial services industry or multinational organizations.
- Workday Expertise: Proven experience working with the Workday HR platform is preferred, including managing recruitment workflows, candidate tracking, and generating reports.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the banking or financial services sector, with experience recruiting for roles in finance, sales, risk management, compliance, and operations being highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with an emphasis on Workday
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Language: Fluent in English and Polish (C2), with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across multiple functions, including finance, sales, marketing, risk, compliance, and operations. This involves job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management, all within the Workday platform.
- Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and partnerships with universities
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Partner closely with hiring managers, department heads, and HR teams to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and create customized recruitment strategies for various departments.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless experience for all candidates by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about labor market trends, talent shortages, and salary benchmarks, particularly within the financial services sector. Advise leadership on talent market conditions and competitor activity.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Champion the company’s diversity and inclusion initiatives by actively sourcing and hiring candidates from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
- Recruitment Metrics & Reporting: Track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate satisfaction, and other relevant KPIs using Workday’s reporting tools to continuously optimize the recruitment process.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws, Fitness & Probity, GDPR, and internal company policies.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing and HR teams to enhance the company’s employer brand presence in the local and international job markets.
