Toms Polska consists of two factories: The factory in Leszno, where we pack our sweets, and the factory in Nowa Sól, where we produce the highest quality chocolate and pralines. We are part of the Toms Group employing employees in Denmark, Poland and Sweden.
We are searching for: Junior Regulatory Specialist

Our new Junior Regulatory Specialist will be part of an attractive and international learning environment. You will work side by side a team of experienced colleagues to develop yourself . As a part of our Quality and Regulatory Team you will be responsible for making sure that our raw materials and products comply with law regulation in aim to keep highest quality of our products. You will be also supporting local factories in maintaining quality standards. As a person located in Nowa Sol you will be having occasions to travel to our Danish office for trainings and building strong internal network.

• Ensuring that labelling and declarations for our products are in accordance with applicable legislation.
• Preparing product specifications and maintain data.
• Supporting on risk assessments over a wide range and prepare raw material specifications to ensure compliance.
• Collaborating with cross functional teams and act as a specialist and on legislation, declarations, labelling, claims and product knowledge.
• Helping in conducting internal audits and supporting preventive actions as well as improvements in quality systems.
