What will you do?
You will work within Blauw’s UX label called YourUX, which helps organizations in the Netherlands improve their app websites and create enthusiastic and loyal customers. You will have the opportunity to:

Your responsibilities:
In this role, you will be involved in the entire research process from the beginning:
- Collaborate and learn: Together with a senior researcher, you will figure out how to use UX research to help clients further improve their websites and apps.
- Set up and manage research: You will be responsible for setting up research and project management from A to Z. You will conduct UX research with your colleagues and make sure everything runs smoothly.
- Client Communication: You proactively keep clients informed of progress and coordinate schedules and next steps.
- Analysis and reporting: Together with a senior researcher you will analyze the results. You translate these insights into a report, presentation or workshops that our clients can use immediately.
- Evaluation and improvement: After the presentation of the results, you evaluate the project and your own contribution with both your team and the client. Together you discuss what went well and where there is room for improvement.

- You are a curious and driven junior researcher with a passion for Experience Research
- You are naturally curious about improving websites and apps and enjoy engaging with users about this.
- You already have some experience with UX interviews and design then this is a plus, but not a requirement.
- You are eager to learn, ambitious and have the drive to continuously develop yourself.
