As a Junior Revenue Operations Manager (m/f/d) at ToolTime, you will join the Revenue Operations team and support our goal to level up our processes and prepare ToolTime for the future.

✨ Your Tasks

  • Take over basic CRM and systems’ integration maintenance tasks
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce
  • Keep our Salesforce database up-to-date and take over onboarding tasks
  • Get an overview of main processes and functionalities and build a documentation database
  • Provide general support to the Revenue Operations team’s projects when needed
  • Learn the Salesforce basic flows and build simple automations

Requirements

Your Profile

  • SF Admin experience or User experience + Trailhead courses (minimum 1 year) (e.g. knows basic object and field management)
  • Knows how to build reports and upload basic data
  • You are interested in B2B SaaS businesses and wants to develop in a fast paced environment
  • Has an analytical mind and rational approach to problem solving
  • You are fluent in English
  • Bonus: you know Salesforce flows
