Description:

Imperial Consulting has just opened its doors in Glasgow, and we’re seeking an enthusiastic Junior Sales Associate to join our growing team. With a focus on the utility sector, we help customers find the best solutions for their energy, gas, and broadband needs. If you’re driven, ambitious, and ready to make an impact, this is the role for you!

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Full, unrestricted right to work in the UK (we cannot accept Tier 4 or PSW visas).
  • Must not have applied for any roles at Imperial Consulting in the last 30 days.
  • Great communication skills, with a passion for meeting new people and engaging in face-to-face sales.
  • A desire to develop your sales skills and grow within the utility sector.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently, hitting your sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service, retail, or sales is a plus but not required as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with customers, engaging face-to-face to understand their utility needs and offering tailored solutions. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, helping customers make informed decisions on their energy and broadband services.
  • Drive sales growth, meeting weekly and monthly targets by connecting with customers at retail locations, events, and other promotional setups. You’ll play a key role in increasing customer acquisitions for our utility partners.
  • Deliver outstanding service, ensuring customers have a positive experience from the moment they approach you. You’ll guide them through the available services, making recommendations based on their requirements and closing sales with confidence.
  • Contribute to promotional activities, assisting with setting up and managing marketing displays, engaging customers, and showcasing our utility services in an appealing and informative manner.
  • Collaborate with team members, sharing insights and strategies to continuously improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on utility sector developments, keeping up-to-date with the latest products, trends, and customer needs, ensuring you can provide the most relevant advice.
  • Help build long-term customer relationships, by following up on inquiries and providing additional support or upgrades as needed. Your goal is to foster trust and loyalty in our services.
