REQUIREMENTS

• Passion to learn about home decorating, interior design and lifestyle
• Determination to achieve sales KPIs
• Proactive, positive and professional in client interactions
• Self-motivated, strong initiative, can-do attitude
• Ability to work in teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word , Excel & Power Point) and online tools

• Advise customers on rug and carpet styling, interior design and renovations and achieve sales on retail store premises
• Advise customers and achieve sales on WhatsApp, email, phone and site visits
• Meet weekly/monthly individual and team sales KPIs
• Manage residential, commercial and hospitality clients
