Junior Sales Representative

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Residential Sales team. As our company continues to grow, we recognise the importance of having skilled professionals who can effectively secure profitable agreements and foster long-term relationships with clients.
We also recognise the need to introduce new staff to learn our industry and take us forwards in the future.
As a junior you will be joining an experienced team of 5 sales negotiators who work closely and collaboratively to drive our sales objectives who will guide and help you learn and understand all aspects of the residential sales process with on the job and third party learning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Arranging and conducting viewings
· Generating and negotiating offers
· Applicant management
· Securing new business
· Sales progression
· Marketing properties
· Instruction management
· Promotion of all Satchells services
· General office administration
