Description:
Responsibilities:
As our new Junior Sales Responsible, you will take on an important role in optimizing our NOOS business which is of highest strategic importance to our business. Your main focus is to organise and conduct workshops and bootcamps for our sales teams in the markets together with the Sales Responsible. You help the teams improve sales of NOOS products and help them see how to transform sales initiatives into specific sales results. Through your expertise and dedication, you will:
- Be responsible for driving the sales agenda, following up, and motivating the sales team.
- Leading sales training sessions and conducting bootcamps with the sales team.
- Monitoring and following up on sales performance across all international markets
