Description:

Overview:
The owner of this position is co-responsible for the administration of the European Sales Cloud together with an experienced Lead Consultant. This includes deployment activity support, as well as Production Support (daily incident management) and Change request management.

Responsibilities:

  • SYSTEM CONFIGURATION AND ADMINISTRATION:As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Junior Consultant, your primary responsibility is to create, configure, adapt, optimize, and administer the platform business application to meet the organization’s goals. This involves managing user accounts, permissions, and roles, setting up data extensions, creating automation workflows, and customizing the platform’s settings and object to align with business requirements.
  • DATA MANAGEMENT AND SEGMENTATION:Data lies at the core of effective marketing campaigns, and as an Junior Consultant, you are responsible for managing and organizing the data within the Marketing Cloud and third-party systems. This includes importing and cleansing data, segmenting audiences based on specific criteria, and ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant privacy regulations.
  • CAMPAIGN DEVELOPMENT AND EXECUTION:The Junior Consultant plays a crucial role in designing and executing marketing campaigns using the various tools and functionalities available in the Marketing Cloud. This involves creating email templates, designing personalized journeys, setting up triggered and automated campaigns, and optimizing campaign performance through A/B testing and analysis.
  • INTEGRATION AND AUTOMATION:To maximize the value of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, the Junior Consultant must have a deep understanding of integrations with other systems and platforms. This includes integrating the Marketing Cloud with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, data warehouses, and external APIs to enable seamless data flow and automate processes for enhanced marketing efficiency.
  • TROUBLESHOOTING AND SUPPORT:As the system expert, the Junior Consultant acts as the go-to person for troubleshooting issues, providing technical support to end-users, and resolving any platform-related challenges. This involves investigating and resolving data discrepancies, monitoring system performance, and coordinating with Salesforce support teams if necessary.
  • TRAINING AND DOCUMENTATION:The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Junior Consultant plays a vital role in training end-users on the platform’s features and capabilities. This includes creating training materials, conducting workshops or webinars, and documenting best practices and guidelines to ensure users can leverage the platform effectively and efficiently.
  • MONITORING AND REPORTING:To evaluate the success of marketing initiatives, the Junior Consultant is responsible for monitoring campaign performance and generating reports. This involves tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing campaign metrics, identifying trends and opportunities, and presenting data-driven insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERTISE:

  • >1 years of experience in Salesforce
  • Experience on Sales Cloud
  • Basic understanding of Sales Business Processes
  • Knowledge on SAP CS Module is a plus
  • Background in CRM process design and implementation
  • Fluency in English allowing business communication
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (such as sharepoint, teams, outlook, excel and word)
  • Very Strong Customer service orientation
  • Readiness for occasional Business Trips
