We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior ServiceNow Developer to join our ServiceNow Practice. This resource will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing the ServiceNow platform for our customers while ensuring its smooth operation and alignment with their business needs. This is great opportunity for someone with at least a year into ServiceNow career to gain valuable experience in the platform while working in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
- Work closely with senior developers and customer stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new ServiceNow features and enhancements.
- Participate in the development and implementation of ServiceNow customizations and integrations.
- Perform system testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide support and troubleshoot issues related to ServiceNow applications, collaborating with end-users to resolve problems efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and ServiceNow platform updates.
- Assist in creating documentation and training materials for end-users.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of ServiceNow processes and workflows.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- US Citizenship
- 1-2 years of professional experience
- 1+ years of experience working with ServiceNow
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- ServiceNow certification (e.g., Certified System Administrator) is a plus but not required
