On behalf of one of our clients, emagine is currently looking for a Junior Site set-up/Coordinator.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provide Site setup & on-site support to the business in IT matters according to specified service processes. Contribute to support groups in specified services or systems.

SKILLS

• Good base skills in IT
• ITIL knowledge is merited
• Skills in Office365
• Good skills in ticket handling systems (ServiceNow is preferable)
• Good skills in Network is merited
• Good social skills
• Cooperative and self-going
• Communicative
• Educational

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Driving license
• Possibility to travel
  Start Date: ASAP
  End Date: 10-12 months
  Allocation: Full-time
  Location: Copenhagen, Denmark

• Provide on-site support in the specified geographic area for Workplace, Network, Office solution, Telephony and End user services.
• Deliver and support the Construction Site Setup service.
• Add/remove sites
• Maintain site information
• Etc.
• Coordinate service deliveries in the specified geographic area
• Act as super-user for specified services/components.
• Provide advice and best practice to local business regarding specified services/components.
• Provide information to construction sites and local offices in specified geographic area.
• Act as 2nd line support for specified services (Incidents and request)
