Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

Join our leading fintech company as a Developer of the Payment Technology Team, working on the core part of our platform responsible for payment processing.
You will develop and maintain high-performance, secure, and scalable systems, ensuring code quality, security, and compliance with industry regulations.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, optimizing our platform to handle a high volume of concurrent requests.
We’re looking for someone with experience in writing clean and efficient code, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. This is a unique opportunity to work on mission-critical systems and make a significant impact in the financial industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Write, test, and maintain code for high-performance and scalable systems.
  • Continuously improve system performance to handle a high volume of concurrent requests.
  • Implement advanced security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure the system meets industry security standards.
  • Ensure all processes and implementations comply with relevant local and international regulations and requirements
  • Work closely with other developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define technical and functional requirements.
  • Identify and resolve performance issues, bugs, and other technical challenges promptly.
  • Collaborate on integrating payment systems with other parts of the platform or external systems.
  • Contribute to all stages of the agile development cycle, including sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve development processes and methodologies within the team.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions.
