QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications or Computer Science relevant experience can compensate for the requirement of education but minimum 5 years relevant experience

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS

The position may require the processing of documents and information that mandates security clearance in accordance with the Norwegian Security Act.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and improvements related to IP/MPLS infrastructure incl. roll-out and upgrades
  • Design and improvements related to overall Security architecture
  • Design and improvements related to automation, integration, and deployment
  • IP/MPLS infrastructure/service management incl. NOC services
  • Product development related to the network infrastructure and security
  • Contribute to a positive work environment in the team/department
  • Collaborate with the various technical verticals such as LoS, Optical, MPLS and Fibre
  • Monitor overall network performance and initiate projects to improve network monitoring and OSS
  • Participate in projects as required
  • Analysing network an/or security events / incidents & problem solving
  • Perform hands-on technical support
  • Contribute to a positive work environment in the team / department
  • Perform other technical tasks within his/her area of expertise
