We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Bistro Guillaume Team as a Junior Sous Chef.

In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

  • Assist the Chef De Cuisine with successful daily operations
  • Assist the Chef De Cuisine with leading, coaching team members
  • Assist in training within the operation including HACCAP procedures
  • Assist Chef De Cuisine to prepare and manage budgets where appropriate
  • Ensure the product consistency is attained in regards to appearance and taste
