Job Description
The overarching theme in the Panel Methods & Quality team and especially for this position is ensuring that state-of-the-art statistical models and calibration techniques are applied to our consumer data. Only then we can deliver valid and useful information to our clients.
You will:
- Creating and improving methods and tools, and contribute to best practices in the area of applied statistical sciences/ marketing sciences.
- Consistency: Deliver consistent data in all countries (standardized methods and processes), align different data sources.
- Presenting statistics and methods expertise at conferences and workshops.
- Compliance: Transparent use of scientific methods & valid external sources for data calibration.
- Supporting research focused colleagues with data expertise.
- Troubleshooting & discussions with client service and clients about data quality issues.
You have:
- Master degree in statistics or related, reflecting strong modeling and other statistical skills.
- Knowledge in R, SPSS, or Python.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Experience with panel data is advantageous but not a prerequisite.
