JUNIOR SPOUTING TECHNICIAN

As a Junior Gutter Technician, you represent the company to all Dunedin Homeowners and customers - you have the opportunity to leave each home better than you found it.
In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service by cleaning gutters thoroughly and safely, while also maintaining clear and positive communication with clients and team members. You’ll address customer concerns promptly, enhancing their satisfaction with our services. This role offers a great amount of variety and independence, allowing you to manage your tasks while building strong relationships – we’ll provide you with the training and tools to make every customer interaction a success!
You’ll be responsible for managing your schedule, communicating with clients about their gutter cleaning needs, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations. Problem-solving is a key part of the job, as you’ll handle challenges on the spot while working at heights with a strong focus on safety.
To excel as a Junior Gutter Technician, you’ll need to combine technical skills with excellent customer service, showcasing a proactive, solution-oriented approach to each task. Your ability to work independently, coupled with your commitment to safety and teamwork, will be crucial in delivering top-notch service.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Reliable Transport: Must have access to your own reliable vehicle, ideally with roof racks, or the ability to fit a collapsible ladder.
• Friendly and Professional Demeanor: A positive, friendly attitude and excellent manners are a must, as you’ll be interacting with customers regularly.
• Willingness to Learn and Grow: No specific experience required – we value a great attitude, eagerness to get stuck in, and a desire to grow within the company.
• Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is preferred, but not essential.
• Punctuality and Time Management: Being on time is crucial, as you’ll be managing your own schedule and ensuring timely service for customers.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate with clients and team members to ensure smooth operations.
  Job Types: Full-time, Subcontract
  Pay: From $25.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

• Commission
• Performance bonus
