TRIPTK is a global brand transformation studio. We decode and recode culture to invent and reinvent brands.
TRIPTK has partnered with VF Corporation to provide insight-driven growth strategies for its portfolio of leading lifestyle brands, developing culturally attuned playbooks for newly acquired and iconic brand institutions like VANS and The North Face. Our work has driven commercial impact across consulting domains including brand positioning, audience and go-to-market strategy, product design, communications strategy, M&A and Innovation; all while furthering VF’s commitment to social and environmental responsibility. Our clients include American Express, Diageo, Estee Lauder and Mars, to name a few.

The JUNIOR STRATEGIST should have these skills:

• We do not require you to have prior qualifications
• Be curious and have an exploratory mindset
• Interest in research and analysing what’s happening in culture
• Collaborative and team-spirited
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in crafting compelling and powerful stories
• Interest in brands – their role in culture and how they connect with people
• Enjoy problem solving and connected the dots
• Enjoy coming up with new ideas and thinking innovatively
• Organised and interested in how to manage projects
• Good humoured!

On the 6 month programme, you’ll:

• Gain hands-on experience and see first-hand how an agency runs across different disciplines
• Join a business that’s looking to grow and be part of that journey
• Be an active member of team brainstorm sessions
• Help the team to research new ideas, keeping an eye on what’s happening in culture
• Develop research skills (writing discussion guides, interviewing techniques, desk research, approach to expert interviews)
• Learn how to craft compelling visual presentations for clients
• Work alongside our design team and get exposure to how they work
• Develop an understanding of how to write business proposals
• Gain confidence presenting
• Learn how to highlight key insights
• Learn how to build strategies across different client challenges
• Moderate and listen in on interviews with people from all over the world
• Gain insight into how some of the biggest brands in the world function
• Work across the following categories (and more!): sportswear and apparel, beauty and fragrance, alcohol and drinks
