Responsibilities:

- Working with senior engineers and designers in the design of a wide variety of buildings and other structural systems.
- Working and collaborating with an established, multidisciplinary, integrated technical team of architects, planners, engineers, and technologists to ensure that project deadlines are met, and final deliverables align with client expectations.
- Analyzing and designing new building structures utilizing industry-leading software (CSI suite, Altair).
- Developing designs to modify existing structures and designing additions and/or repairs.
- Carrying out studies, preparing reports, developing design documents, and providing services during construction.
- Discussing, developing, and communicating ideas with verbal and graphic clarity utilizing a design process and collaboration model that includes a wide range of tools, such as drawing/sketching, modelling, and 3D work.
- Participating in continued education through formal technical training and collaborative presentations such as lunch and learns.
