JOB TITLE: JUNIOR STUDENT RECRUITMENT AND ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
Location: Dublin, Ireland, this position is office based and requires 4 days onsite and one day working from home each week. Hours 9.00am-5.30pm. Some flexibility required during peak periods.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Student Recruitment and Administrative Officer to join our team in Dublin. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting student recruitment efforts and providing administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Education, Business Administration, Marketing, etc.).
- Previous experience in student recruitment, admissions, or administrative support desired.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed for recruitment events.
