Responsibilities:

Join our team as a Junior Superintendent Hotel Refit & Projects, where you’ll assist in managing key maritime projects, supervise contractors, and ensure seamless communication and coordination across all stakeholders during ship operations and dry-dock activities.

  • Responsible to assist the Senior Superintendent in documentation and all relevant side projects
  • Responsible to control and supervise external suppliers and service contractors involved in the single projects regarding time, budget, quality and results
  • Responsible for proper communication to project stakeholders and coordination between brand, ship management, crew and contractors
  • Cooperate with the Brand, Fleet and Ship Managers during project execution and the ship’s dry-dock, supervise and be in charge of all activities pertaining to the assigned projects and related systems incl. maintenance. Support the technical operation by expertise advisory
  • Work closely with all team members from Hotel Refit& Projects for all assigned side projects
