JOB DESCRIPTION & SUMMARY

As a junior IT Supply Chain Consultant, you will become a part of a small but quickly growing team of highly experienced and specialized experts helping clients to improve their supply chain capabilities.

Your daily job will be to support your senior colleagues with:

• Performing an analysis of a broad range of client specific business processes in the area of supply chain
• Help clients to understand and define steps needed to successfully implement systems supporting their business needs
• Solution architecture design and system configuration (main technologies SAP IBP & SAP S/4HANA)
• You design user training courses, create training materials or technical documentation and make an important contribution to project success through go-live support.
• After intensive training, you support in the partial moderation of customer workshops, take on project management tasks and prepare workshop results.
• Internally, you will further develop our demo system with use cases in coordination with the specialist team and support presales together with your colleagues.

• 0-2 years professional experience (ideally from manufacturing company)
• University degree, ideally with a focus on enterprise management or supply chain & IT
• You are passionate about the processes related to supply chain management
• You know the difference between Strategic, Tactical and Operational Planning and these abbreviations are not new to you ERP, IBP, S&OP
• Understanding basic IT & supply chain concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• English is a must and additional language at B2 level is a huge plus (Spanish, German, French, Italian)
• Team player but at the same time ability to work independently
• You are able to quickly learn and adapt to the dynamic environment
