QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferably in Supply Chain Management or related fields.
• First experience in a similar position is a plus (nice to have/not mandatory)
• Proficiency in Turkish, and English both verbal and written, German is a plus.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proactive mindset
• Good Excel skills.
• Excellent communicator.

• Supporting Planning & Data Analytics Manager during the order processes
• Create Purchase Orders in ERP system, share with suppliers and follow-up on production and delivery progress on a weekly basis with the factories.
• Proactive communication with internal stakeholders regarding orders and deliveries, potential risks and opportunities regarding the orders (Critical Path, delivery, or customs delays)
• Close collaboration with the warehouse team regarding coming deliveries to plan accordingly.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy between the system and the deliveries.
• Report and resolve any discrepancies in received orders.
• Follow up on the customs documents and commercial invoices to ensure fully match the deliveries.

• Learn about and support in planning processes (demand planning & buying)
