(Junior) Support Engineer (all gender)

at  Hexagons Safety Infrastructure Geospatial division

• You will be responsible for processing service cases (support hotline), including tracking and escalating them
• You will process and find solutions for technical issues relating to our software solutions and thus make a significant contribution to customer satisfaction
• You will support our customers with version upgrades
• You will also support project implementations
• You will create and maintain system documentation (configuration management)
• You will also prepare and conduct technical workshops and status meetings for our customers
• You have completed a technical (technical) university degree (e.g. in computer science, engineering) or comparable training (e.g. IT specialist, technician)
• You also have strong analytical skills and a results-oriented and independent way of working
• You have already gained experience in the IT environment, such as with the Windows system environment, system integrations or web technologies
• Your good knowledge of databases such as Oracle or SQLServer is ideally complemented by initial programming experience in .Net languages
• As a link between customers and product development, you have first-class communication skills
• You have a good command of English and very good written and spoken German
