Responsibilities:

As a Junior System Engineer specializing in Nokia NetAct, you will work with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to assist with the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of NetAct systems. You will be involved in supporting our network operations, ensuring system stability, and learning industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation and Configuration; Assist in the installation and configuration of Nokia NetAct software and related components under the guidance of senior engineers.
System Maintenance; Support routine maintenance activities, including software updates, patches, and backups, to maintain system reliability and security.
Troubleshooting; Work with senior engineers to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to NetAct, gaining hands-on experience in problem-solving.
Network Monitoring; Monitor system performance and generate reports to identify any anomalies or issues.
Documentation; Update system documentation, including configurations, maintenance logs, and troubleshooting guides.
Client Support; Provide technical support to internal teams and customers, escalating complex issues to senior engineers when needed.
Collaboration; Work with cross-functional teams, including network engineers and project managers, to ensure successful integration and deployment of NetAct systems.
Learning and Development; Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Nokia NetAct advancements, seeking opportunities to improve your skills and knowledge.
