Position Overview: The Junior Systems Administrator will maintain the company’s IT environment, including network, hardware, software, and user accounts. This role will provide technical support to internal customers, manage SaaS product administration, oversee IT-related vendor management, and ensure that all systems are properly patched and secure. The Junior IT Systems Administrator will report to the Director of Security, be mentored by more senior team members, and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless IT operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IT systems support and administration, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of macOS operating systems, network management, IAM solutions, and SaaS administration.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ are highly desirable.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Security Awareness: Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and experience with maintaining compliance with industry standards like HIPAA and HITRUST.
