• You will be reporting to the technical lead, you will be required to work closely with Infrastructure, Development, Quality Assurance and project managers to help manage successful implementation of project deliverables within the constraints of schedule, scope and budget
• You will be required to perform specific technical and project related tasks standards including the following:
• Software development
• Test and Process Automation
• Incident review and investigation
• Change Management
• Project deliverables/tasks in JIRA and Confluence
• Project reporting
• You will communicate effectively to all stakeholders
• Document regular meetings with the necessary team members to understand progress on tasks/progress
• Facilitate regular status updates to key stakeholders to provide visibility of status, risks and issues.
• You will monitor and support production and lower environments to ensure their availability and react failures and issues within an established support process
