About The Role
We are expanding our Sales Talent Acquisition Team and looking for a Junior Consultant in Nigeria.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with ambitions for personal success, who enjoys working as a Sourcer, is passionate to identify and connect with seasoned candidates from the Capital Markets, Private Banking and Brokerage Industry.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes or a degree in HR would be
- an advantage
- Tech savvy individual with the ability to learn and operate new systems
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing on Social Media and email
- Fluent English
- Great communication and organization skills
