As our Junior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will focus on supporting our hiring managers across Europe throughout the entire recruitment process. Most of the hiring teams are working from our European Headquarters in Amersfoort. You possess the capacity to perform “hands-on” recruitment activities including administrative tasks. Together with our excellent team, you will take initiative to further develop recruitment and support the organization in an optimal way, including the use of our ATS.
The European Talent Acquisition team plays a critical role in all phases of the recruitment process, for our 16 entities in Europe. Our team is dedicated to exceeding all our internal customers’ needs and providing them with excellent support and advice.
Within Applied Medical, the title of this position is Associate Talent Acquisition Manager. You will report to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 1+ years of relevant experience within recruitment
- Proficient with social media recruitment platforms
- Excellent English and Dutch, both written and spoken, is required
- Excellent experience with complex processes
- Work experience in an international environment is preferre
Responsibilities:
- Support the Talent Acquisition team throughout the complete recruitment process (including postings, phone screens, interviews, offers, etc.)
- Effectively and timely source and attract suitable candidates using different tools (attend local congresses and career fairs, social media platforms, job boards, etc.)
- Act as a system expert for the company-wide ATS system, providing support and training to the hiring managers
- Ensure a great candidate experience and keep the ATS updated
- Work according to the recruitment procedures and strategies of Applied Medical, monitoring that these are followed
- Contribute to the strengthening of the employer brand of Applied Medical
- Work on recruitment-related projects and suggest overall improvements
- Attend and co-facilitate internal trainings and events as deemed necessary
Requirements:
