This is a full-time position, that can be worked remotely or from one of our many offices around the world.
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE REQUIRED?
- 1+ year in recruitment (ideally in-house recruitment)
- High learning agility and the ability to work with stakeholders from around the globe
- Passion for high growth companies and building a strong culture
- Strong customer service orientation; ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and tact
- Highly-organised with the ability to follow through on projects with minimal supervision
- Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders across time zones
- Understanding and confidence in using specific systems and programmes, including MS Office Suite, Google and HRIS/Recruitment platforms
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to People Leaders through the recruitment process and empower them to make successful hires
- Improve and advise on current recruitment ‘best practice’
- Lead end to end recruitment of roles; drafting adverts, sourcing, culture interviews and other recruitment activities.
- Providing project management support for any recruitment based programs.
- Proactive improvement of our employment brand in the market
- Act as a trusted advisor to People Leaders.
- Manage our ATS platform end maintain data integrity by ensuring accuracy and consistency of input data
The ideal candidate will be able to build rapport easily, be customer-obsessed, and have a growth mindset.
