The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for an entry level technical analyst, who is interested in working within the GT Aviation Lease Services team. The team is currently managing a fleet size of approx. 1000 leases and they provide professional services to clients including 13 of the Top 15 Lessors.
The successful candidate will be joining a team that has gone through significant growth in recent years with ambitious plans to grow the Aviation Lease Services offering.
This is an opportunity for someone with the ability to understand problems quickly to work with the number one provider of Aviation Lease Services to the aircraft leasing industry in Dublin – you will be immersed in the industry with high calibre colleagues.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Fleet technical records data management, documentation updating and control
  • Assist with asset review system control and assessments
  • Manage and administer the technical specification database and reporting
  • Input monthly utilization and review component status changes
  • Maintain up to date technical knowledge of each aircraft by type
  • Input maintain and review fleet’s aircraft specifications, aircraft technical information, equipment data and specifications
  • Analyzing and updating shop visit events
  • Assist with MR Claims process

Job Requirements

  • Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Technology Degree or Equivalent
  • Detail-Orientated and organized
  • Meet deadlines and be able to prioritize
  • Must be diligent, thorough, numerate with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Previous experience of working in aviation is a distinct advantage
