POSITION ON OFFER:- JUNIOR TECHNICAL SALES ENGINEER

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

- Sales experience is required within the commercial vehicle sector, with a track record of achieving and the ability to exceed revenue and profit targets.
- A Technical or engineering background in the commercial vehicle would be welcomed but full training will be provided.
- Presentations skills – confident in speaking and demonstrating products and service to our commercial vehicle customers is required.
- IT skills – required MS Office, plus experience in Web and CRM would be welcomed.
- Personal skills – Important to be a team player within a structured sales team.
- A full driving licence and passport.
- Professional, punctual and ambitious.
Responsibilities:
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A pro-active technical sales approach is required to engage with existing and new customers to maximise opportunities and build commercial relationships, this will involve organising meetings, technical issue solving, presentations, demonstrations, and exhibitions with a range of OEM’s, distributors, commercial dealerships and commercial vehicle companies.
Office and field based with extensive travel in the UK and Europe visiting commercial vehicle customers and dealing with Worksop Managers, Fleet Managers, Operation Managers, and company owners and Directors.
Disc-Lock Europe Ltd will provide comprehensive inhouse technical training and guidance to ensure that you have the expertise and tools to deliver a first-class service. Installation knowledge and an extensive aftersales service will enable you to give professional support to each individual customer.
Head Office is based on Wrexham Industrial Estate, which is one of the largest in Europe. It is modern, with spacious offices and an up-to-date warehouse and coating facility built within the complex, it offers a first class working environment for all its employees.
