We are looking for a Junior Threat Intelligence Analyst to join our Exposure Management team. Operationally, you will belong to a team with members in both Sweden and Finland focusing on the collection, analysis, and reporting of threat intelligence to both internal and external customers.
You will continuously monitor and assess a wide array of threat intelligence sources from a tactical, operational, and strategic perspective. You will conduct analysis of potential threats and provide actionable intelligence to our customers and relevant stakeholders.
The Threat Intelligence team is closely aligned and mutually supports other teams within the organization, including SOC, DFIR, Threat Hunting, Vulnerability Management, and more. We like our Threat Intelligence members to act as a glue that bonds together and understands multiple facets of our organization. A wider understanding of cybersecurity services and capabilities is thus of value.

Threat Intelligence work is well structured with clearly defined duties on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis but always presents the opportunity to add your flavour, innovations, and insights. We are looking for someone who brings a unique skillset to our team, shows a willingness and eagerness to learn, and works well both within the team and independently. It is very important that you are comfortable with direct communication, presenting the latest findings to our clients (virtually). We are a tight team focused on professional excellence all the while making sure that work is lively, fun, and rewarding.

This is a permanent and full-time position. The work can be located either at our office in Espoo or Stockholm. In most cases, the work can be done remotely and much of the current team operate this way. The office, however, is always available to you!

Responsibilities:
- Continuously monitor threat intelligence sources, including news, dark/deep web, threat actor postings, etc. to identify emerging threats.
- Analyze the findings to understand how they are relevant to each of our unique customers and other stakeholders. Communicate your analysis in a clear, coherent and structured way.
- Regularly produce threat intelligence reporting on a fixed schedule where meeting your deadline is essential.
- Work to understand what motivates and drives cyber threat actors, what they are capable of, and communicate this to your stakeholders.
- Through your wider experience in cybersecurity, provide recommendations to improve security controls, policies, and procedures.
- Comfortably work with various technologies and platforms to reach your service objectives. A willingness to learn is essential.
- Present your and the team’s work with confidence in virtual meetings with our customers on a regular basis. Know how to back it up and take feedback.
