The program will consist of a two-year rotation period amongst the different asset classes, equities, fixed income and currencies. Rotation will take place every 4 months, which means that each asset class will be visited twice in order to be able to apply the knowledge acquired.
The program will focus on development of hard skills; learning the trade in its most basic form, and soft skills; how to interact with market participants, the internal investment chain, the client and the development of decent writing skills. In addition time will be spent with different stakeholders in the investment chain as well as external parties.

The Trading Desk forms an integral part of the investment chain. Running a cost efficient and flawless operation through scalable and robust processes, the Trading Desk is able to provide added value to the overall performance of our client.
With a data-driven mindset and a focus on automation we are serious players on the international podium, trading bonds, interest-rate derivatives, equities and currencies worldwide. In addition we are in constant contact with the regulators, central banks, brokers and investment banks.

We are looking for a new colleague with the following profile:

• You have a University degree, preferably with focus on data analytics and programming skills;
• You possess an interest in financial markets and technological development;
• You can be characterized as innovative, result driven, pro-active and curious;
• You are able to perform under pressure;
• You are a team player.
