We are recruiting a professional to join our Transfer Pricing team in Rome, who will perform international tax analyses to establish the transfer prices of goods, services and financial transactions between companies in the same industrial or financial group, in order to determine the proper tax base in each tax jurisdiction in which the group operates.

Specifically, the successful candidate will be tasked with:

  • structuring and performing compliance analyses with Italian tax legislation and the OECD guidelines, under the supervision of more senior consultants;
  • analysing the value chain of groups by interviewing management;
  • analysing financial statements and intragroup contracts;
  • developing their theoretical knowledge of the international tax matters that could be the subject of specific research and subsequently collaborating in the writing of articles if requested.

This work is very often carried out in collaboration with other KPMG network entities in order to consider all viewpoints.

Qualifications/requirements

  • a master’s degree in business (LM56 and LM77) or law;
  • excellent knowledge of English;
  • excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
  • prior experience in financial analysis is an advantage;
  • excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
  • flexible and dynamic approach.
