DESCRIPTION:
As a Junior UX/UI Designer, you will primarily support our Global Head of Customer Experience in creating market-related presentations. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and gain valuable experience in presentation design. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to transition into a full UX/UI Designer role over time. While most of your time will be dedicated to presentations, the rest of your time will be focused on UX/UI design work, allowing you to develop your skills and contribute to a variety of design projects. This position is ideal for someone who is looking to grow their career in UX/UI design and is passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- A design portfolio is a must, however, any designs or projects you did in university will be considered
- Degree in graphic design or any related design field
- Minimum 0-3 years of experience at an agency or online retailer
- Knowledge in the Google suite: Google Sheets, Slides and Docs
- Knowledge of Sketch, Figma or XD is an advantage
- Attention to detail is key
- Good communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Fast learning and being able to work under pressure
- Strategic thinker that can offer creative solutions and ideas, with the ability to translate them into actionable items

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Global Head of Customer Experience to understand project requirements and objectives for presentations.
- Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly presentations that effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts.
- Work on UX & UI design in the context of eCommerce and omnichannel
- Design experiences that both build digital brand experiences and drive high conversion rates
- Design unique and effective user interfaces by aligning visual design, user experience and technical implementation
- Collaborate and communicate with colleagues and clients within and outside your team
- Share your skills and experience with colleagues and clients
- Juggle excellent deliveries and rapidly changing client needs
- Work in agile projects
Examples of what you will be doing:
- Presentation Design: Designing PowerPoint presentations for sales pitches, product launches, and internal meetings. This includes creating slide layouts, selecting visuals, and ensuring the presentation is engaging and on-brand.
- Graphic Design: Creating graphics and illustrations for presentations, such as icons, charts, and diagrams, to visually communicate key messages and data points.
- Template Creation: Developing custom templates for presentations that can be used across the organization, ensuring consistency in branding and design.
- Content Integration: Integrating content provided by stakeholders into presentation slides, ensuring that the messaging is clear and impactful.
- Feedback Incorporation: Incorporating feedback from stakeholders and leadership into presentations, making revisions as necessary to meet their expectations.
- Presentation Enhancement: Suggesting and implementing enhancements to presentations, such as animations, transitions, and interactive elements, to improve engagement and effectiveness.
- UX/UI Design Support: Assisting the UX/UI design team with various tasks, such as creating wireframes, conducting user research, and prototyping, during the allocated time for UX/UI design work.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with teams across the organization, such as marketing, sales, and product development, to gather information and ensure alignment on presentation content and design.
- Training and Development: Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills in presentation design, UX/UI design, and other relevant areas.
- Continuous Learning: Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in presentation design, UX/UI design, and related fields to bring fresh ideas and insights to the role.
