ISL is a multi-discipline engineering consultancy that includes a dedicated team who works in water and wastewater treatment. Just the right size, ISL delivers on complex projects while being small enough to maintain strong, cohesive project teams and personal client attention and service.

ISL’s Water/Wastewater Team is a small group of engineers and technologists spread throughout BC and Alberta. In British Columbia, the Water/Wastewater team works closely with project managers from all of ISL’s BC offices to deliver the mechanical/process aspects of municipal projects. When you join the water/wastewater team in BC you can expect:

• Mentorship: Currently, our team consists of junior and intermediate engineers/technologists that started at ISL early in their careers and have since been mentored by senior engineers into advancing in their roles and expanding their responsibilities.
• Collaborative & challenging work: All water/wastewater projects consist of collaboration with multiple disciplines for which the water/wastewater discipline is relied upon to complete their design first to then provide direction the other disciplines on the design requirements. As such, junior members of the water/wastewater team are empowered to grow in both their technical and leadership skills with support from intermediate and senior staff.
