CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Full, clean driver’s license.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus but not essential.

• Support all service team members in day-to-day operations.
• Assist in maintaining tools and special equipment, ensuring they are readily available and in good working order.
• Help ensure the service department runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Keep the workshop clean, tidy, and organised.
• Work closely with technicians and service advisors to optimise workshop productivity.
• Assist in managing workflow to help the team meet targets.
• Promote high levels of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) through excellent service.
• Prepare vehicles for handover to customers post-service, ensuring quality checks are complete.
• Assist with test driving vehicles after repairs or service.
• Organise waste disposal, including oil, oil filters, and brake fluid collections as required.
• Support workflow for vehicle preparation, including car sales vehicles.
• Maintain and uphold the safe working practices and standards of the dealership.
