K2 DEVELOPER POSITION AVAILABLE IN ROSEBANK, JOHANNESBURG.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced K2 Developer to join our innovative team in Rosebank.
The ideal candidate will possess 5-7 years of hands-on experience in K2 development, including expertise in building and deploying business process management (BPM) and workflow applications.
This position requires a dynamic individual who can deliver high-quality solutions while collaborating effectively with various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain K2 applications, workflows, and forms to support business needs.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement process improvements and automate business workflows using K2 technologies.
- Perform testing and debugging of applications to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Assist in the integration of K2 applications with other enterprise systems and databases.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in K2 development and recommend innovative solutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience as a K2 Developer in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in K2 Blackpearl, K2 SmartForms, and K2 Workflow development.
- Experience with .NET programming languages (C#, VB.NET) and SQL for backend development.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering quality solutions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in integrating K2 with third-party systems and platforms is a plus.
