TE WHIWHINGA MAHI | THE OPPORTUNITY
Te Puni Kōkiri is looking for a keen Data Analyst to join our Data, Insights and Monitoring Directorate. This role will support initiatives to centralise and share holistic data and products with our user and community stakeholders. The primary outcome of this mahi is to support and inform decision-making and policy development through the provision of trusted data.
Our data analysts will use their expertise to:
- Explore potential data source and consider whether it’s fit for purpose.
- Support acquisition and standardisation of data into our data platform.
- Lead and conduct testing of data and data products.
- Lead and support user requirements gathering for new and existing data products.
- Employ effective stakeholder management strategies.
Build prototype data dashboards using Power BI.
This role is part of a high-performance team within Te Puni Kōkiri that includes other Data Analysts and Data Engineers.
The appointment range for this role is between $77,753 and $97,160 per annum and the salary will be determined based on the successful candidate’s skills and experience.
