Responsibilities:
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
- Strategic Account Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans that leverage Goodyear’s “Total Mobility” modular offer of tires and solutions to enhance sustainability and drive efficiency for our truck fleet customers.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders within large and medium-sized fleets in the MEA region, showcasing the benefits of Total Mobility in meeting their unique needs.
- Solution Selling: Utilize solution-selling techniques to align Goodyear’s products, services, and Total Mobility offer with customer sustainability and efficiency goals.
- Fleet Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with both existing and potential clients in both direct &in-direct across the MEA region, promoting the advantages of Goodyear’s Total Mobility for comprehensive fleet management.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fleet Sales: Achieve individual targets in new tires sales to maximize GP levels at direct and indirect fleets, while securing and growing SOB with Mega fleets. Work extensively to secure direct fleet business in the MEA region
- Fleet Management: Manage existing accounts & prospect new fleets in the area of responsibility, while securing SOB and profitability
- Solutions Selling: Drive the sales execution and implementation of Proactive Solutions (CP, DP), while working to open new markets for new solutions (TPMS)
Work experience in technical and business environment, tire related needs of fleet operations. Extensive experience in providing business solutions to Big Fleet customers preferably in tire industry or related industries. +5 years of experience in sales and managing fleet accounts
