Description:
You will be working with maternity staff, service users and LMNS staff to support MNVP leads across Kent and Medway with CNST safety action 7 compliance. The post holder will also support MNVP Leads with MNVP activity as a roving Vice Lead. This will require multidisciplinary working across the Trusts, LMNS, and other stakeholders.
You will attend all relevant Trust meetings for CNST year 6 safety action 7 compliance including reviewing papers.
Identify system-based safety action plans that arise from Trust governance meetings.
Disseminate information to Trusts where themes are identified across the system.
Disseminate information across Kent and Medway MNVP’s and the LMNS where themes arise.
Escalate concerns to senior leaders within the Trusts and LMNS.
Work with MNVP Leads to triangulate data and use this to create annual work plans.
Act as a roving Vice Lead to the MNVP’s across Kent and Medway.
