SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of programs
  • Willingness to learn and progress
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Transport, Logistics and/or Supply Chain experience

Responsibilities:

  • Pre-invoicing checks for weekly and monthly customers
  • Resolve general revenue and/or invoicing issues
  • Timely Invoicing submission to customers in their preferred format
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and customers for timely receiving POs
  • Resolving customer queries
  • Receive and recharge all third party invoices in a timely and accurate manner as assigned
  • Learn and understand client rate cards and navigation of rates configurator
  • Accounts Reconciliation for invoicing customers
  • Aid in managing a shared inbox (attend to queries)
  • Liaising internal queries with Branches for invoicing/supporting information
