- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management, preferably in emerging channels, F&B, hospitality or similar.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and market research.
Responsibilities:
As a Key Account Executive – Emerging Channels, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth across non-traditional, high-potential channels including HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés), Bars, Cinemas, pharmacies and Airlines. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, nurturing relationships, and building a sustainable growth pipeline in this dynamic and fast-evolving space. This will be a regional role with Primary focus in UAE, 80% weight and 20% in Kuwait, Qatar & Oman together making it an unique opportunity to contribute to a high-impact growth initiative and establish a strong presence in untapped markets.
- Client Acquisition. Identify and approach potential clients in HORECA, Bars, Cinemas, Pharmacies and Travel Retail (airline & Lounges) channels.
- Account Management. Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Strategic Planning & Execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align channel strategies with overall business goals.
- Operational Excellence. Ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients in collaboration with supply chain and operations teams.
- Market Expansion & Innovation. Explore innovative ways to enhance client engagement and revenue streams.
- Reporting and Reviews. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, key wins, and areas for improvement.
