Description:
OBJECTIVES:
- To equip the distributor with the right infrastructure and technology capabilities to keep pace with any anticipated growth in the local market.
- To achieve the sales budget [sell in & sell out].
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma in Sales Management or experience equivalent with minimum of 3 – 5 years relevant experience in a Traditional Trade capacity; preferably in the FMCG environment.
- Strong leadership skills, selling skills and good ability to influence people.
- Responsible, positive, works with discipline and integrity.
- Must possess own vehicle.
