The Key Account Leader for Radiometer is responsible for a set of accounts with integrators, distributors, and hospitals. They will be delivering growth and profitable budget plans through increasing installed base, driving up account productivity, and delivering a delightful customer experience. This role also requires a relevant product and clinical understanding to train customers, solve basic problems and defend our technology, while managing contracts, payments, and forecasting revenue.
This position is part of the Sales Department within located in Mexico City, will be fully remote, and will be travelling in and around the country. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.
You will be a part of the Radiometer Mexico Subsidiary and report to the Sales Manager responsible for setting and leading the overall commercial strategy in Mexico. THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB INCLUDE:
- Graduate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or Marketing or 2-3 years’ experience in Sales
- Experience with forecasting, prospecting, and pricing management
- Experience in collections
- Experience with MS Office Suite including excel.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
IT WOULD BE A PLUS IF YOU ALSO POSSESS PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN:
- Chemistry, diagnostics, pharmaceutical and/or medical device
- Experience government tenders
- Account management (KAM)
- CRM or Salesforce

Responsibilities:
- Construct long-term relationships and loyalty from integrators and distributors, lab users, lab chiefs, and key hospital stakeholders.
- Minimize user problems, opportunities, and account productivity through training and developing account strategies, while constantly measuring and monitoring account health and risks of flying away.
- Manage a strong and clean opportunities funnel and T&E to reach monthly revenue targets and budget using monthly account forecasting and year to go expectations.
- Coordinate product installations with field service, collaborate with clinical applications to delivery specialist advanced training and projects, and coordinate pricing proposals and tenders with internal teams.
- Take actions to deliver profitable KPIs, DSO (daily sales outstanding), gross margin, and pricing.
