We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Customer Experience department. You will be responsible for a team dedicated to a group of clients - leading them to deliver a productive and a quality service by nurturing an environment where they have a sense of direction, commitment and purpose to deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrable experience within a customer service or account management role
- Excellent leadership, coaching and management skills.
- Strong communication skills at all levels, with the ability to appropriately challenge.
- A confident problem solver, using initiative to resolve issues as they arise.
- A proactive approach to tasks
- Confident decision maker
- Ability to take ownership of issues and see through to resolution

Responsibilities:
- To act as an escalation, point of contact for client servicing issues.
- To maintain current knowledge regarding industry & environmental compliance.
- To manage key account administrators to run accounts smoothly.
- Proactive management of daily KPI reports - investigating every failure and driving improvement from the data.
- Sharing relevant business reports with Key stakeholders on account performance and corrective actions.
- Driving new business through existing services.
- Consistently investigating and driving new service offerings.
- Proactive action plan management and driving operational improvements.
- Management of beneficial partnership between AIT Home Delivery and its clients - through regular onsite/off-site review meetings.
- Setting personal growth target with manager and driving this through results.
