Description:

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Customer Experience department. You will be responsible for a team dedicated to a group of clients - leading them to deliver a productive and a quality service by nurturing an environment where they have a sense of direction, commitment and purpose to deliver outstanding customer service at all times.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrable experience within a customer service or account management role
  • Excellent leadership, coaching and management skills.
  • Strong communication skills at all levels, with the ability to appropriately challenge.

Responsibilities:

  • To act as an escalation, point of contact for client servicing issues.
  • To maintain current knowledge regarding industry & environmental compliance.
  • To manage key account administrators to run accounts smoothly.
  • Proactive management of daily KPI reports - investigating every failure and driving improvement from the data.
  • Sharing relevant business reports with Key stakeholders on account performance and corrective actions.
  • Driving new business through existing services.
  • Consistently investigating and driving new service offerings.
  • Proactive action plan management and driving operational improvements.
  • Management of beneficial partnership between AIT Home Delivery and its clients - through regular onsite/off-site review meetings.
  • Setting personal growth target with manager and driving this through results.
