Responsibilities:
- Developing and managing relationships across a Strategic Partner Broker Panel, delivering sales and service excellence, and collaborating with Underwriting on solutions.
- Managing pipeline effectively to maximize new business strike rates, renewal retention, and growth in preferred segments.
- Supporting the implementation of sales strategies and business plans to achieve growth targets across the allocated panel.
- Analysing market trends, gaining broker insights, and aligning strategies to grow Allianz areas of appetite.
- Acting as a point of escalation for broker requests, managing credit/debt positions, and contributing to team meetings and sales staff development.
