Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
To drive profitable and sustainable market share growth within the assigned key accounts while respecting the image of the adidas brand

Key Responsibilities:

  • To represent the brand externally / the account internally as an ambassador towards all functions and vice versa
  • To drive the development of the Foot Locker account across Europe, formalized through the Strategic Business Plan with sign-off by the direct superior
  • To understand the account business and ensure Account Fact Books are maintained and updated on time and accurate
  • To ensure continuous monitoring of sell-out and the order book as well as cost effective and reliable supply / delivery for the account
  • To provide realistic plans and forecasts on customer performance
  • To work within the agreed adidas trade terms with the account

KPI’s:

  • Market share growth within the category or account, to include digital strategy and in store branded space solutions to ensure the adidas brand is best in class in line with Strategic Business Plan goals and objectives
  • Budget / Sales target compliance
  • Inventory / Sales development / Order Book Management
  • Account contractual agreements are followed at all times

Key Relationships:

  • Foot Locker buying and planning departments
  • adidas Sales, CtC, respective BUs, Brand Marketing, Finance, Business Planning, Customer Service.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Previous experience of successfully working within the Sporting goods or Fashion Industries at a similar level
  • Strong communication skills: written, oral and presentation
  • Results orientated attitude

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent English skills
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Fully Competent with IT packages (excel, and PowerPoint to an advanced level)
  • Strong presentation skills
